We also use the services of third-party providers for the bookings, appointments, and payment for which we have used the word “platform”.

The management of our website is committed to agreeing with the advertiser through an Agreement or a Contract that is going to mention all relevant details related to the advertisement, promotions, and marketing materials. The patient’s medical status data is highly confidential and no employees of our website have the right to see messages, open attachments or documents, hear or see video calls between the doctor and the patients unless authorized through registered e-mail of the patient and what exactly are we authorized to view, read or watch.

We maintain industry-standard security safeguards to protect your information. This includes ensuring our employees receive appropriate security and privacy training and guidance, so they are aware of the measures they need to implement to protect their information.
Access controls are in place to limit access to your information to those who need it to perform their jobs. For example, information about you may be provided to our customer support specialists to help you with your requests.
8.1. Retention Of User Information
We retain your information only as long as required to provide the Services requested by you, for record-keeping purposes, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce the terms for the Services.
After it is no longer necessary for us to retain information about you, we will dispose of it securely or anonymize the data.
- RECORDING, STORAGE AND RETENTION OF VIDEO CALL RECORDS
- The videos conversations between the patients and doctors will be automatically attended and recorded by our digital system
- It will be automatically saved for a week on servers and the video will be automatically deleted from the date it occurs
- The video call/conversation cannot be reviewed fully or partially unless the patient has requested it through format complaint or request application.
- The patient’s complaint/application must be sent to us by regular mail, email or by complaint mail on a contact page on the gmedoc.com website.
- We site assume no responsibility towards the third party and its actions, which is the responsibility of the host.
SECTION 9 – PRIVACY AND GDPR USER RIGHTS
In compliance with the GDPR, this statement has been provided for all the users of our application who are using any or all of our services. All users have the right to access their personal information and they have the right to know how their data is being stored on our application. Users can also have their data removed or transferred from our application.

Most of these links will only be there in order to help us provide our services.
The website management confirms and agrees that it will not disclose any information about any patient to any third party, whatever it may be, and that messages are not reviewed, documents opened or video calls are seen only after a complaint has been made from the patient in person after he has contacted the website management from the same email we have registered with us on the site.
